What it is

If it happened on the job, it's tracked. If it's tracked, it gets billed. If it gets billed, it gets paid.

Bids, crews, daily logs, change orders, invoices, and payments tied to one job record. No more spreadsheets on one screen, texts on another, and QuickBooks in a third tab. One place to run the work and watch the money.

You stop calling the field for updates.
Daily logs, hours, photos, and CO status come to you. If it didn't get logged, you see the gap instead of a silence.
Nothing sits between bid and payment.
Every bid, CO, completed scope, and invoice is tied to a job. Work that got done but never billed stops happening.
One place, not seven tabs.
Proposals, crew schedules, daily logs, COs, invoicing, and payments all live against the same job record, not spread across email, texts, and a drive folder.

Real-time visibility

See every active job in real time without texting a single foreman.

Foremen file daily logs, hours, and photos from their phone. You see who's on site, which log is in, which job is behind, and which one hasn't checked in today. Status comes to you, not the other way around.

  • Daily logs, crew check-ins, and site photos land in the office the moment they're filed.
  • Late check-ins and missing logs show up as flags, not silence.
  • One view across every active job. No more calling four foremen to piece status together.

Change orders

Every change order signed, billed, and collected. None forgotten on the job.

Foremen flag extra work from the field before the memory fades. The office writes it up, sends it for signature, and tracks it until it's on an invoice and paid. You stop doing work for free.

  • Foremen flag CO-worthy work from the field in seconds.
  • Every change order with age, signature status, and billing status in one view.
  • Unsigned COs older than 10 days surface before the next pay app goes out.

Bid to payment

Completed work turns into billed work. Billed work turns into paid work.

Every bid becomes a job. Every completed scope becomes a line on an invoice. Every invoice turns into a payment. FieldCommand reconciles what you built against what you billed, job by job, so money actually follows the work.

  • Completed work reconciled against billed amounts, job by job, every week.
  • Unbilled work surfaces in time for the next invoice, not at year-end.
  • Payment status visible on every job, so nothing sits in AR and goes quiet.

FAQ

Common questions

How is this different from Procore? +

Procore manages projects for GCs and large teams, tracking documents across dozens of subs. FieldCommand runs jobs for commercial trades running their own crews, tracking execution and cash. If you're a sub on a Procore job, keep Procore for submittals and RFIs, and use FieldCommand on your side for everything bid to payment.

How is this different from ServiceTitan? +

ServiceTitan is built to sell more jobs and track tickets, and it's heavy, expensive, and slow to implement. FieldCommand is built to control the jobs you've already won. It tracks jobs, not tickets. It's fast, focused, and a commercial EC can be up and running in two weeks, not six months.

How is this different from Jobber or FieldPulse? +

Jobber and FieldPulse help you run a small shop with scheduling and invoices, and they usually need a stack of other tools bolted on to cover the gaps. FieldCommand runs multiple crews in one system and connects work completed to money collected without a second or third tool.

We already have something that kind of does this. +

Most of our customers came from spreadsheets plus QuickBooks, or Jobber, or an underused Procore seat. Run a free trial on one of your active jobs and compare. If it doesn't show you something your current setup doesn't, don't switch.

I don't want another system to manage. +

It replaces systems rather than adding to them. Most customers drop two or three tools when they bring FieldCommand in: the spreadsheet tracker, the texting thread, and whichever small-shop SaaS they've outgrown. One login, one source of truth for every job.

Do you support QuickBooks? +

QuickBooks integration is on our near-term roadmap. FieldCommand handles invoicing, payments, and job costing natively today. We'll announce sync availability to all active accounts when it's ready.

My foremen will not use another app. +

One app on their phone, and it takes the place of the texting and photo-mailing they already do. Clock in, daily log with photos, dictate notes by voice, mark completed scope, flag change order work. Training is usually under an hour per foreman.

How long does it take to switch over? +

Two weeks for a typical shop. We import your open jobs, cost codes, and customer list, and train your foremen. You go live on jobs already in progress, not just new ones.

How is it priced? +

Flat company-wide pricing, billed monthly or yearly. Core is $199/mo (3 seats). Control is $399/mo (10 seats). Command is $599/mo (25 seats). No setup fees, no per-job surprises. Switch to yearly and save 20%. See the pricing section above for what's in each tier.
